BREAKING DOWN THE PROCESS

Missed Calls Calculator

Task & Job Tracker

Conducing research and customer interview we were able to pinpoint the features that were instrumental for the users success.

Testing a simple application such as a missed call calculator illustrated that talking with customers and empathizing with their concerns created a simple feature that was widely accepted, and was not even on our radar as a feature.

Identifying that being to far from a store would result in time loss and providing a timely service. Connecting department stores and distribution outlets was also something we did not expect as a feature, but that too was widely accepted.

The simple lesson for all the process followed was to always talk with the users, rethink and reiterate.

LESSONS LEARNED

The simple lesson for all the process followed was to always talk with the users, rethink and reiterate.

Having knowledge of the industry and the people who do the day-to-day work is a huge plus.
Solutions only happen when you try new things, not when you know them, because markets change, people change and immediate needs change very quickly based on 'urgency'.

Working with all levels of product professionals in the key.
Researchers, A.I. Prompt Engineers, Data Analysts, UX Designers, Visual Designers, Content Writers/Designer, Product Leads, Project Sponsors, etc, all play a part when trying to construct a well rounded 'public' solution.

Team work and collaboration is key!
