LESSONS LEARNED
Considering that money is one of the most important factors of life, not many people actually understand it.
Financial literacy, understanding and education is a key component to giving the user the confidence they need to take the best action need for their "specific" needs and changing situation.
Working with all levels of product professionals in the key.
Researchers, Interaction Designers, UX Designers, Visual Designers, Content Writers/Designer, Product Leads, Project Sponsors, etc, all play a part when trying to construct a well rounded 'public' solution.
Team work and collaboration is key!
RBC truly understands the value of educating its team and customers.
